At Labels Resale Boutique, we want you to love your pre-loved luxury finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on eligible items. Please ensure all original boutique tags remain attached and the items are in the same condition as when they were purchased.

Check Eligibility

Verify that your item was purchased within the last 14 days and is not marked as a 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' item.

Request Authorization

Email our boutique team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Item

Securely pack the item with its original tags and luxury packaging, including the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.

Ship and Receive Credit

Send your package back to our boutique via a tracked shipping method; once inspected, we will issue your store credit via email.
